1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the dispatch, delivery, and related processes for all orders placed on tamrit.in ("Website"), operated by Tamrit, having its registered office at Ram Ganga Vihar, Phase 1, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, PINCODE – 244001, India ("Tamrit," "we," "us," or "our").

This Policy is formulated in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and other applicable laws of India. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.


2. Shipping Destinations

2.1 Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Delivery availability to your specific PIN code will be confirmed at the time of checkout.

2.2 Non-Serviceable Areas Certain remote, hilly, or restricted areas may not be serviceable by our logistics partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout and no order will be processed for that address.

2.3 International Shipping At present, Tamrit does not offer international shipping. All orders are fulfilled within India only. We will update this Policy if international shipping becomes available in the future.


3. Order Processing

3.1 Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3.2 Order Verification In some cases, we may need to verify your order before processing. If verification is required, our support team will contact you via email or WhatsApp. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in order cancellation and a full refund.

3.3 Orders Placed on Holidays Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

3.4 High Demand Periods During festive seasons, sale events, or periods of high order volume, processing time may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We will communicate any significant delays via email or on our Website.


4. Shipping Partners

Tamrit ships orders through reputed third-party logistics and courier partners, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Shiprocket
  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Xpressbees
  • India Post (for select PIN codes)

The choice of courier partner for your order will be determined by Tamrit based on your delivery location, serviceability, and operational requirements. You may not request a specific courier partner.


5. Shipping Charges

5.1 Standard Shipping Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight, and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5.2 Free Shipping Tamrit may offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value, as communicated on the Website from time to time. The applicable free shipping threshold will be displayed on the Website and at checkout.

5.3 Remote Area Surcharge Delivery to certain remote or difficult-to-access PIN codes may attract an additional surcharge from our logistics partners. If applicable, this will be displayed at checkout.

5.4 COD Handling Charges Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract a nominal COD handling fee, which will be disclosed at checkout.


6. Estimated Delivery Timelines

The following are estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control including logistics delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or disruptions in courier services.


7. Shipment Tracking

7.1 Tracking Information Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time.

7.2 Tracking Updates Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner's tracking system after dispatch. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at tamritsupport@gmail.com.

7.3 Track Your Order You can track your order directly on our Website at tamrit.in or through the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided.


8. Packaging

8.1 Secure Packaging All Tamrit products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect copper products from damage during transit.

8.2 Tamper-Evident Packaging Our packages are sealed with Tamrit-branded tape or security seals. If you receive a package that appears to have been opened, tampered with, or resealed, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at tamritsupport@gmail.com with photographs.

8.3 Eco-Conscious Packaging Tamrit is committed to responsible packaging. We use minimal and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible, in line with our sustainability values.


9. Failed Delivery and Undelivered Orders

9.1 Delivery Attempts Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our facility.

9.2 Incorrect Address If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery shipping charges will be borne by you.

9.3 Refusal of Delivery If you refuse to accept a delivery without a valid reason, the order will be treated as a voluntary return. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any applicable refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.

9.4 Not Collected from Courier Facility If a package is held at a courier facility and not collected within the stipulated time, it will be returned to us. Re-delivery or refund in such cases will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Damaged or Lost in Transit

10.1 Damaged in Transit If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, please:

  • Take clear photographs or a video of the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt.
  • Do not discard the original packaging.
  • Report the damage to us at tamritsupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the matter with the courier partner and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

10.2 Lost in Transit In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us at tamritsupport@gmail.com. We will raise a complaint with the courier partner and initiate an investigation. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will offer you a replacement or full refund.

10.3 Liability Tamrit takes reasonable care to ensure safe dispatch of all orders. However, once the package is handed over to the courier partner, Tamrit's liability is limited to facilitating a complaint with the courier and offering a resolution as outlined above. Tamrit is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier partner's negligence.


11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

11.1 COD Availability Cash on Delivery is available for select PIN codes across India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout.

11.2 Payment at Delivery For COD orders, please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners may not carry change.

11.3 COD Order Verification Tamrit may call or message you to verify COD orders before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you within 24 hours, the order may be cancelled.

11.4 Refusal of COD Orders Repeated refusal to accept COD deliveries may result in suspension of COD facility for your account and address, and may affect your ability to place future orders on tamrit.in.


12. GST Invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be included with your shipment or sent to you via email. This invoice can be used for any business input tax credit purposes if applicable. If you require a specific billing name or GSTIN on the invoice, please mention it at the time of placing the order in the order notes.


13. Bulk and Corporate Orders

For bulk orders, corporate gifting, or B2B purchases, shipping timelines and charges may differ from standard orders. Please contact us at tamritsupport@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 8923042139 before placing bulk orders to discuss delivery timelines, packaging, and applicable charges.


14. Force Majeure

Tamrit shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, strikes, government-imposed restrictions, pandemic-related disruptions, or failures of third-party logistics partners. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay and offer an appropriate resolution.


15. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you have a complaint regarding delivery that is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Tamrit reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
